Job requirements

◉ Work experience in a contact center or service sector;
◉ Knowledge of a foreign language (Polish, Romanian, Moldovan or other languages);

◉ Stress resistance and attentiveness. 

Your tasks

◉ Processing incoming calls from customers;
◉ Helping customers in solving situations in the process of choosing a route or buying a ticket;
◉ Processing requests from clients, providing feedback to the client, responding to comments. 

COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR 

Job requirements

◉ Work experience in the position of commercial director/deputy commercial director of 5 years or more in the B2B segment;
◉ Successful experience in sales of complex services, partner acquisition and their support, experience in transportation or ticketing market will be an advantage;
◉ Good communication skills, ability to persuade, work with objections and experience in making successful presentations;
◉ The ability to work in a team and for a team result;
◉ Knowledge of the market and competitors;
◉ Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), skills in CRM.

Your tasks

◉ Analysis of competitors' work and continuous analysis of the competitive environment;

◉ Knowledge of SEO promotion and all the nuances;
◉ Knowledge of LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Facebook Ads, apple adc;
◉ Experience in creating and implementing successful large-scale advertising campaigns in European countries;
◉ Desire to develop and achieve goals;
◉ Language skills: perfect and competent knowledge of the Ukrainian language and English will be an advantage, other languages are welcome. 

Your tasks

◉ Development and implementation of the company's promotion strategy for the company's promotion on the markets of various European countries, taking into account the client and partner portrait specific to each individual country;
◉ Determination of the company's marketing strategy;
◉ Continuous market analysis for B2C and B2B;
◉ Control and analysis of email marketing in the leading languages ​​of B2C company communications;

Head of the "Passenger support at international transfer points" department 

Responsibilities:
Development of the department:

◉ Development of a comprehensive plan and strategy for the implementation of the project on the placement of consultants for the purpose of providing information and support to passengers at international transfer points;
◉ Definition of key performance indicators (KPI) to assess the success of the project.


Team management:

◉ Formation and management of a consultants team, including their recruitment, training and development.;
◉ Development of work schedules and ensuring effective allocation of resources;

Cooperation with partners:

◉ Establishing and maintaining cooperation with carriers, station administrations and other interested parties;
◉ Negotiations with partners to optimize transfer processes and improve passenger service; 

Reporting and communication:

◉ Preparation of work reports of the department;
◉ Ensuring effective internal and external communication of the department; 

Candidate requirements:

◉ Experience in managing teams, organizing promotions, experience in the transport industry will be an advantage;
◉ Experience working with a team (distribution of tasks, development, training, control);
◉ Excellent organizational and communication skills;
◉ Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to change;
